MESSAGE FROM THE EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR I am pleased to report that the Bar’s CLE training rooms have been completely renovated to include state-of-the-art technology for a variety of training presentations, and they are open for business! Our first event in the new space was the annual Law Day Luncheon on May 5th, which featured Morris Dees from the Southern Poverty Law Center speaking about the U.S. Constitution’s 14th Amendment and its impact on democracy. We anticipate regular use of these rooms for our members and for outside groups, as this space along with our renovated Noojin Courtyard may be rented for various events. Rental information is located on the Bar’s website under “Member Benefits.” Don’t miss our annual (and legendary) membership picnic on June 9th at Old Car Heaven, and stay tuned for programs and events throughout the Summer and into the Fall. In the meantime, please continue to share your thoughts and ideas with us! John W. (Bo) Landrum Executive Director 2017 BOARD OF EDITORS Robert R. Kracke (Chair) Guy C.
