mentees and 20 mentors. Thank you to all of the leaders of these two programs for their commitment to helping develop the Bar’s next generation of leaders. Read more about the Mentoring Program in this issue. This fall, we continue the theme of inclusiveness by ensuring that our Bar provides opportunities specifically tailored to business/transactional law members and our members who practice in the criminal justice field. On September 28, instead of Coffee with the Judges we will have a Breakfast with the Business Bar at Iron City. This event will feature a full breakfast and door prizes, and Incoming President Charles Fry has arranged for special guests Frank and Pardis Stitt to join us. A free CLE hosted by the Business Law Section, chaired by Russell Cunningham, will follow the breakfast. All members are welcomed and encouraged to attend! Similarly, we invite all members to attend October’s Coffee with the Judges, which will be held at the Criminal Justice Center to focus on our members who practice criminal law. David Luker’s Criminal Justice Section also has a number of activities planned for the fall, including a CLE, a social at Cahaba Brewery and a new lawyer seminar.
