With Summer almost behind us, we’re looking forward to a great season of exciting opportunities and events for BBA members, including a host of CLE seminars, social events, the annual Foundation Bocce Ball Tournament, BBVLP CLE trainings, and more. Th e Bar will unveil a new and dynamic website in the next several months, which will include communications forums for our various sections and entities, the opportunity for section and committee leaders to maintain separate web pages, enhanced member profi les and many more “bells & whistles.” A priority for the Bar’s President, Robert Baugh, has been to make sure that our Bar works to leverage technology for our members’ collective benefi t. We think you will appreciate the new site when it goes live, and stay tuned for more information. Your Executive Committee has done an exceptional job this year to ensure that the Birmingham Bar continues to innovate, advance and upgrade. We rely on your thoughts and ideas to help us meet your professional needs, and encourage you to keep in touch. As always, call on us when we can be of any help to you. John W.
